I'm Joe Salowitz – product designer, founder, entrepreneur,
writer, and speaker. I earned my stripes in the trenches of agencies
and as a freelance designer, designing products for both the biggest
brands and scrappiest startups. Most recently, I co-founded Lead Scout, which got acquired in 2025.
I have dedicated my career to designing products and helping people
get them off the ground with their customers. Now, I'm intensely
focused on going deep with teams that are dedicated to a more
meaningful future, from building ethical AI, to creating a more
