I’ve built a deep portfolio in UX, business strategy, and product management, consisting of a wide range of clients from large-scale Fortune 100 and 500 companies like Whirlpool, Hitachi, Wyndham Worldwide, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, Oracle, and Scholastic to cultural icons like Herman Miller, Capitol Records, University of Washington, Ace Hardware, and Meijer.
I have deep experience across many devices and modalities: iOS, Android, Responsive web apps, Chatbot & VUI, AR, and more. And I have also done quite a bit of writing, teaching, and a speaking on topics like user experience, digital strategy, and lean-agile thinking.
I'm actively involved in the local tech scene in West Michigan, having been on the board of both Mobile Mondays GR and Creative Mornings GR. I am the founder of Greatives, an invite-only community of creatives focused on mindshare, meaningful dialogue, and maintaining of connections, and The Hands-On Emerging Tech, a meetup helping people engage with the latest and greatest technologies.
